Downtown San Diego, beaches, Legoland, the Zoo, and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park are all within a convenient 30-minute drive, making this an excellent base for exploring the city. This home is best suited for families looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy quality time together. The resort-style backyard provides hours of entertainment, while the spacious interior offers comfort and privacy after a day of adventure. Parties and events are not permitted. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home, with the exception of a standalone one-car garage. The attached two-car garage is available for guest use. Interaction with Guests: We are responsive and available via email, text, and phone throughout your stay. The home features secure keyless entry with an August Smart Lock, allowing you to enter using a personalized access code for the duration of your stay. Physical keys are also provided if preferred. Other Things to Note: The pool and spa do not have safety covers or surrounding gates, and the fire pit is ground-level. Children must be supervised at all times when these amenities are in use. The pool and spa can be heated; however, during cooler months, pool heating to specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Please note that the soaking tub in the primary bathroom is non-functional, though tubs are available in two other bathrooms.
